I teach from a small studio in my home in East Brunswick, NJ. Both beginners and experienced mosaic lovers are welcome. My classes are a low pressure environment. You will leave with a piece of art and maybe some new friends too!
Beginners:
Our first project is a 17" round. This size gives you room to experiment with different materials and actually improve your skills. It can be made into a table top, lazy susan, wall art, etc. You will learn to cut glass with several different tools . I will help you plan the design of your choice, choose materials, and provide the instruction you need to create your masterpiece.
The beginner class generally runs (6) 2-hour classes. I have daytime hours available, but most people come 7-9pm. Each person works at a different rate, so for the first project we will work until everyone is done.
